| The city of Taneytown is located in northern Maryland, about four miles south of Pennsylvania. These are directions from Westminster. I do not recommend GPS or map quest since it will probably take you thru Taneytown which is a hassle and not necessary. Please compare if you use some directional aid and let me know. Head north on Rt. 140 North past Safeway towards Taneytown. After you pass Tyrone Rd. make a right at the next intersection where there is a blinking light at Mayberry Rd. (Runnymeade Elementary is off to the right before the intersection) This is about 5-6 miles out. After making a right, make a left in 50 yards onto Bear Run Rd. Don’t worry, no bears have been seen running around here for at least 100 years….. Proceed for 4 plus miles, the road will change names several times to Basehores Mill Rd. then to Heyser Rd. once you cross Pipe Creek. Ignore the name changes and look for big power lines crossing the rd a mile or so past the creek and all of the junked cars. Real attractive, Huh?? Make a left after the power lines onto East Diehl Rd. My house is the first on the right in about ½ mile. Park right off the road. The studio is to your right , follow the walkway and have a seat in the waiting room or hang out on the porch if you want!!
